Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve, Warwick

Capture rare sightings of the Black Redstart, Stonechat, Osprey, Spoonbill and Great Grey Shrike on the Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve.
The reserve, which is owned and managed by the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, consists of a combination of scrubland, reed bed, ponds, and lakes. You just need to pay £2 for entry (if you’re a non-member) and then you’re good to enjoy some quiet twitching time.

See 70 species of birds at the Eardington Nature Reserve, a former quarry that now consists of an open mosaic habitat.

Kids can tackle the Go Ape tree top adventure course or you can simply enjoy exploring the forest (which is laid out with markers). You only need to pay £1.50 for entrance, and here’s a tip - the Hawfinch is best seen in the treetops left of marker 15!
