7. STAR PRIZE – this is our additional prize which all entrants throughout the promo will be automatically entered into: 1 night stay for up ro 10 adults and 2 children at The Bolthole, Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort (separate T&Cs apply and will be shared with the winner who will be automatically selected at random on 21 December 2026).

1. The digital scratch cards will be sent each week on a Friday to the registered meeting/event booker email we have on our account. It is therefore the responsibility of the booker to ensure their email address is correct.

2. The prize may be transferred to clients and/or employees at the winner’s discretion. The QHotels Collection accepts no responsibility for the distribution, use, or tax implications of the prize once awarded. 

3. If the prize is cancelled by the winner, it cannot be rebooked

3. The prize consists of a 1-night Bed & Breakfast stay at The Bolthole, Dunston Hall for up to 10 adults and 2 children.

4. The prize must be booked by 31 December  2026 and taken by 30 June 2027, subject to availability. Black out dates include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, or all UK Bank Holidays.

6. The Bolthole is subject to availability.

7. Breakfast is included and served in the hotel restaurant. Any additional food, beverages, activities, accommodation upgrades, or incidental expenses are not included and must be paid in full by the winner prior to departure.

8. The winner MUST be one of the participants of the prize.

9. Travel to and from Dunston Hall and any other associated expenses are not included.
