- Any bookings made on our Book Direct rate attached to our Advance Saver Room Only and Bed & Breakfast Rates prior to the 11 April 2025 will be honoured.
- The Book Direct rate offers a discount of 10% off our Flexible Rate, which is subject to availability. This discount is not available on any other rates or packages available on our website.
- The Book Direct discount is only available at our Individual hotels - this offer is therefore not available at our branded property DoubleTree by Hilton The Stratford.
- Free parking is available at all hotels excluding DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford where this is a charge of £11.50 per night.
- The Book Direct rate cannot be used with other promotions, offers or discounts and is not valid on existing reservations.
- The Book Direct discount is only available to customers who sign up in advance of making their reservation and the discount code provided must be applied to the booking. Discount cannot be given retrospectively.
- The Book Direct discount does not apply to qualified transient rates such as government negotiated rates or other third party negotiated rates.
- When a hotel leaves the portfolio, the discounted rates are no longer applicable at that property.
