WIN £10,000 LOVE2SHOP HOLIDAY VOUCHERS
Eligibility
- Applies to new Meetings & Events enquiries placed between 15 October 2025 and 31 January 2026 (5.30pm deadline).
- Not valid on bookings already contracted before 15 October 2025 (midnight).
- Excludes weddings, private functions, and accommodation not attached to a conference, meeting, or event.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over.
- Employees of The QHotels Collection, their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise connected to the organisation are not permitted to enter. (“Immediate family” includes spouses/partners, children, parents, siblings, and members of the same household.)

- No purchase is necessary to enter. Postal entries may be submitted by sending full name, email address, and contact telephone number to: Marketing Department, The QHotels Collection, Unit 9, Wellington House, Cliffe Park Office Park, 7 Cliffe Park Way, Bruntcliffe Road, Morley, Leeds LS27 0RY.
- Postal entries must be received by 5.30pm on 31 January 2026.
Qualifying Bookings
- Eligible events include: 24hr and day delegate conferences; Meetings & events (no minimum number of delegates); Corporate banqueting and functions; Training events; Corporate golf; Corporate Christmas parties (when booking a full function space).
- There is no minimum spend.
- One fully paid delegate = one entry.
- Residential delegates receive one additional entry per overnight hotel room booked.
- Agency and direct bookings are eligible. For agency bookings, it is the agency’s responsibility to communicate this promotion to the client and distribute entries as agreed.
- Qualifying events must take place before 30 December 2027.
- Only contracted business confirmed within the promotional period qualifies.
- Cancelled bookings (cancelled by 5.30pm on 31 January 2026) will have entries removed from the draw.
The Prize
- One winner will receive £10,000 Love2Shop Holiday Vouchers.
- Alternatively, vouchers may be redeemed as: £10,000 towards a future event at The QHotels Collection, OR a £10,000 donation to a charity of the winner’s choice.
- The prize may be transferred to clients and/or employees at the winner’s discretion. The QHotels Collection accepts no responsibility for the distribution, use, or tax implications of the prize once awarded.
- If the prize is cancelled by the winner, it cannot be rebooked.
Prize Draw & Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen at random by an independent person not connected to the prize draw.
- The draw will take place within two weeks of the closing date (31 January 2026).
- The winner will be notified in writing and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in a new winner being selected at random.
- The prize must be arranged within 28 days of notification, and organised solely through The QHotels Collection Central Events Desk.
Publicity
- By entering, the winner agrees that The QHotels Collection may use their name and company name in publicity materials (press releases, social media, website).
- The winner may be invited to take part in interviews; participation is optional.
General
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The QHotels Collection reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion if circumstances make this unavoidable.
- Meeting and Event space is subject to availability.
