- *The following hotels offer a Friends & Family rate of £75 per night (based on 2 adults sharing one room): Belton Woods Hotel, Crewe Hall, Dunston Hall, Norton Park, Oulton Hall & Slaley Hall
- *The following branded hotels offer a Friends & Family rate of £65 per night (based on 2 adults sharing one room): Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase, Delta by Marriott Nottingham Belfry, Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort & DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood

- Bookings can only be made for arrivals within the next 90 days.
- For Leisure stays only, each hotel will allocate employee rate rooms based on occupancy.
- Business stays can be booked regardless of forecast available and will be booked so long as a room is available.
- All rooms are on a first come, first served basis.
- For Leisure stays, employee rate – no more than 2 rooms can be booked for any one night and the employee must stay in one of the rooms for employee rate bookings.
- For Leisure stays, friends and family rate – no more than 3 rooms can be booked for any one night.
- No more than 2 adults in a twin/double room or 2 adults & 2 children in a family room.
- All Golf and Spa discounts are subject to availability with the final decision resting with the hotel.
- For Friends and Family bookings, guests are eligible for a 25% discount on F&B for a maximum of 6 people.
- For Friends and Family bookings, guests may be eligible for 25% discount on Spa & Golf, subject to availability, for a maximum of 6 people, final decision resting with the hotels.
- To receive the Food, Beverage, Golf and Spa discounts, the items must be charged to the hotel room bill.
- The hotel will charge for no-shows. Cancellations must be made before 12.00pm on the day of arrival to ensure there is no charge for a no-show or cancellation.
- No rooms will be provided for employees after a night out, hence the pre-booking policy.
- The employee discount program is for employees only. It is not transferable to friends. If they wish for a discount when the employee is not staying with them, the employee needs to apply for the Friends & Family Rate.
- When a hotel leaves the portfolio, the discounted rates are no longer applicable at that property.
