Team member rates are just £35 B&B plus:
- 50% off food and drink
- 30% off Golf (subject to availability)
- 30% off Spa (subject to availability)
Friends and family (F&F) can stay from just £65* B&B plus:
- 25% off food and drink
- 25% off Golf (subject to availability)
- 25% off Spa (subject to availability)
The F&F rate applies when a team member is not part of the party staying in an Individual property (otherwise team member leisure rate applies for all rooms) max 3 rooms per booking (6 adults) subject to availability. More than 3 rooms requires prior approval by Regional Revenue Manager & General Manager.
Important Information:
Once booked, to authorise the stay, please email [email protected] stating in the subject line 'friends & Family Conf#(insert number) – Destination Hotel - Date of arrival, cc in your GM or line Manager.
In the body of the e-mail state the name of the booking and your name and the department you work in.
CBS then attached this e-mail to the booking to confirm the reservations.

- An employee discount form signed by your manager for both team member and friends and family rates must be shown on arrival.
- No team member is permitted to stay in their own hotel without the written permission of the hotel General Manager.
- No rooms will be provided for team members after a night out, hence the pre-booking policy.
- Up to 2 children 16 and under may stay in the room at no extra cost when sharing with 2 adults if suitable accommodation is available.
- When a hotel leaves the portfolio, the discounted rates are no longer applicable at that property.
- Bookings must be made for arrivals within the next 90 days.
- All rates are subject to availability.
- The friends and family rate applies when a The QHotels Collection team member is not part of the party staying in an QHotels property (otherwise Team member leisure rate applies).
- All Golf and Spa discounts are subject to availability with the final decision resting with the hotel.
- For Friends and Family bookings, guests are eligible for a 25% discount on F&B for a maximum of 6 people.
- For Friends and Family bookings, guests may be eligible for 25% discount on Spa & Golf, subject to availability, for a maximum of 6 people, final decision resting with the hotels.
- Cancellations must be made before 12pm on day of arrival to not incur charges.
- We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers as appropriate without prior notice.
- This policy is non contractual, and the company reserves the right to change it at any time.
