From time to time you may have a question regarding your Fairway membership. Below are what we believe to be some questions that may be asked by some of our members, if your question isn't answered below please call your home club membership team.

How much does it cost to top up my membership?
To join the Club, you need to make a minimum purchase of a block of 100 points for either £295 or £375. The more points you purchase the more member benefits you receive.

On which golf courses can I use my points?
To view all of the Fairway courses you can play using your points simply click here to view more details about Fairway. Please note that the availability of features are subject to the terms and conditions of the membership tier you have purchased.

How do I use my points to book a round of golf?
Simple really, just call the golf club you want to play and quote your name and membership number. You can book between 11 - 30 days before you want to play, dependent on your Fairway category. You will be sent confirmation of the booking, points cost and your new balance by email.

How many points does a round cost?
The points costs vary, depending on the time of the day, during the week or at weekends. The time of the year also affects the points cost. You can find out more by looking at the points tariffs by clicking here.

How do I use my points on buggy hire?
All hire items including buggies, trolleys and driving range tokens can be purchased using your Fairway points on the day of play. The points values for each item may differ at each Fairway club.

How do I refer a friend to join Fairway?
For every friend that you refer you will both receive 10 complimentary points to use as you wish.
Simply pass on your Fairway membership number to as many friends as you like, you can find this printed on your members’ card or in your online Account Summary. When your friends join Fairway, they can enter your membership number as a Refer a Friend code to claim the points bonus. Please note that your Fairway membership must be active before you refer a friend. -
How do the new golf course points work?
One of the more significant benefits of being a Fairway member is the new time bands that have been added for all of our golf venues. The added flexibility has allowed us to reduce the points values at certain times of the day which allows you to receive more golf for your points. There are 2 different seasons for using your points which are Spring/Summer (1st April - 30th September) and Autumn/Winter (1st October - 31st March).

Why and how do I top up my Fairway points?
When you join, your points will be valid for the next 12 months. If you renew by purchasing 100 points or more, your membership will simply be extended by another year. As long as your membership is active, you will retain your entire points balance, which can be used at any time. To top up, you can call your home club membership advisor on 0330 1071599.

How do I receive my free points for renewing early?
Any Fairway member that tops up before their renewal date is applicable to receive the free point incentive, unless you are downgrading your membership tier. If you top up your account more than 60 days before your renewal date you will receive an additional 15 Fairway points, top up between 59-30 days and you will receive an additional 10 Fairway points and top up up to 29 days before your renewal date and you will receive 5 additional Fairway points.

How long do my points last for?
Your points are valid up to and including your renewal date, this can be found on the Account Summary page. But please be aware, you will need to renew your account to keep your points past this date. In this scenario, unused points then carry forward for another 12 months.

How do I book a spa treatment?
To book a Spa Treatment, view the options for your registered home club in the tariffs section of your online account. Once you've selected the treatment you wish to experience, get in touch with the spa within 7 days of your preferred date, quoting your membership number. Please remember that local terms and conditions may apply, and you can only use your points in your registered home club spa from Monday to Thursday.

How do I get a handicap and play in club competitions?
To get a golf handicap you simply need to play with another golfer and get that person to complete a scorecard with your score for that day. You will need to do this 3 times and then hand your 3 cards in to the golf shop at your home club. Your offical golf handicap will then be processed and you will be able to play in your home Fairway club competitions. if you need any more information to get up and running call your home club membership team.

If I have joined on my own how do I meet other members?
Your home Fairway club will have other members in a similar position to yourself, with that in mind each Fairway club operates a 'golf buddy' service that will enable you to meet another golfer of a similar ability. To find out how we can help you call on 0330 1071599.
Each Fairway club also runs member social events across the year including a weekly club night. This is the ideal place to meet other golf members in a relaxed and social atmosphere. -
How do I get my members discount on QHotels bedrooms?
Simply visit qhotels.co.uk and choose your preferred location. When asked, enter the promotional code 'LMF' and the members discount will be applied (subject to availability). Please note: a maximum booking window of 14 days applies and a valid Fairway membership card must be produced on check-in/arrival.
