Do you have an upcoming stay?
If you have an upcoming stay or general enquiry please get in touch with our fantastic customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org simply reference the hotel your query relates to and they will be able to assist you.
For all telephone bookings you will receive your email confirmation 24 hours after booking. For all web bookings you will receive your confirmation email immediately.
As you can imagine, we are experiencing a very high volume of enquiries, so please bear with us so we can give all our customers the exceptional customer service we are so very proud of.

Do you play golf? All seven of our courses in England and Scotland are now open!
Fantastic news, all our golf courses in England and Scotland are open and we have already welcomed thousands of golfers which has been amazing. Change in working hours
Due to reduced team members, we have had to adjust our contact centre opening times, which for the time being are as follows –
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Weekends 10am - 4pm
