Spa Therapists.

Our apprenticeship provides the perfect blend of earning and learning, offering you hands-on experience in one of our unique hotel spas while working towards national qualifications. The programme is thoughtfully crafted to attract aspiring spa therapists and equip them with the skills
needed for long-term success and career growth within our organisation.

How will your holistic story unfold?

Through our collaboration with Armonia Training Academy, we offer comprehensive training, guidance, and ongoing support. This includes regular offsite training sessions, one-on-one mentorship from our spa team, and personalised supervision throughout your journey. Over the course of 24 months, apprentices begin with a Level 2 qualification in their first year, progressing to a Level 3 qualification in their second year.

Offsite training is an integral part of the programme, and we ensure travel and accommodation are covered, so you can focus on your professional development. With us, you’ll immerse yourself
in a dynamic, inspiring environment, gaining not only exceptional skills but also a sense of belonging and purpose.
