In partnership with Chef Benson-Smith Academy, we’re committed to nurturing future generations of culinary talent, helping them grow into proud and skilled chefs.

Our apprenticeship offers the perfect blend of earning and learning. You’ll gain hands-on experience in one of our exceptional hotel kitchens, all while working towards nationally recognised
qualifications. This programme is thoughtfully designed to attract enthusiastic chefs and equip them with the skills, confidence, and curiosity needed for long-term success and career growth within our hotel collection.

How will your culinary story unfold?

Through our collaboration with Chef Benson-Smith Academy, we provide comprehensive training, expert guidance, and continuous support. This includes regular training at our dedicated Centres of Excellence, one-on-one mentorship from our talented culinary team, and personalised supervision throughout your journey. Over the course of the programme, apprentices will begin with a Level 2 Commis Chef qualification, progressing to a Level 3 Chef de Partie qualification.

Like our spa programme, offsite training is a key element of your development, and we ensure travel and accommodation are fully covered so you can focus on becoming the best chef you can
be. With us, you’ll dive into an inspiring and dynamic kitchen environment, gaining not only outstanding culinary skills but also a sense of belonging, pride, and purpose.
