• Our *Covid19 Secure Cancellation policy provides further reassurance to pre-paid bookings. Should your circumstances change due to government guidelines, we will refund 100% on all prepaid bookings cancelled up until 24 hours prior to arrival.

    Our Best Available Rate can be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to arrival.


    A credit or debit card is required to guarantee this booking, no charge will be taken unless your booking is cancelled after the cancellation deadline. You can cancel your flex rate booking up to 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival without penalty. If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival, you will be charged for your first night's accommodation.

  • Advance Purchase Rate

    Our Advance Purchase rate offers 10% off our Best Available Rate for advanced purchase.

    You can either, 7 days before arrival, amend your stay to an alternative arrival date* or cancel your stay and we will guarantee a full refund for pre-paid reservations.

    Our *Covid19 Secure Cancellation policy provides further reassurance to pre-paid bookings. Should your circumstances change due to local tier restrictions, we will refund 100% on all prepaid bookings cancelled up until 24 hours prior to arrival.
