Important information regarding your QHotels Spa Break
We would like to make your spa break as relaxing and stress free
as possible. Please see below a few handy tips.
Arriving at the spa
Your spa experience should be a relaxing one. So, take
your time on the morning of travel to your spa hotel, miss the
rush-hour traffic and you'll arrive to a tasty spa lunch, then
check in at 3pm, change into a fluffy robe and enjoy a wonderfully
calm and enjoyable afternoon in the spa.
Your bedroom will be ready from 3pm. However, please feel free to
arrive earlier as we will keep your bags safe whilst you start to
unwind in our health club. We recommend that you bring a separate
leisure bag for your convenience. Please be aware that we will
provide you with a robe and slippers for the day you take your spa
Checking in as a group?
We would like to request that you have collected monies from all
party members before you arrive in order to speed up your check
Lockers are available for your use in the health club
changing rooms. Please note that lockers take £1 coins which is
refundable once you have finished with the locker.
Current or pre-existing physical or medical
Please ensure you inform the spa prior to your arrival if you've
any current or pre-existing physical or medical conditions.
We also ask that you arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your
scheduled treatment time so you can complete our consultation form
and begin your relaxation experience…Unfortunately your treatment
time may be reduced if you're late for your appointment.
We are extremely proud of our traditional yet contemporary menus
which will leave your taste buds demanding more and more. As a spa
break guest you will receive a £28 allowance for a delicious
evening meal. We would recommend you pre-book your evening meal as
our restaurants do get popular. If you or any of your party have
any special dietary requirements, please do let us know in advance
so that we can freshly prepare you something suitable.
If you wish to buy additional items during your stay for example,
additional spa treatments or drinks from the bar then you must
leave a credit or debit card behind reception to guarantee your
