How does it feel to have opened The Spa at The
It's been a fantastic opportunity to be apart an incrediable team
to open The Spa at The Midland. This has truly been one of the most
exciting projects I have been involved in. The Midland has always
been such an iconic hotel in Manchester, so as a Mancunian born and
raised here. This has been a dream come true for me to be so
fortunate in becoming the Director of Spa for what has been the
largest urban spa project Manchester has ever seen.

My new favourite ESPA product is the Pro-Moisturiser that has just
launched this month. It has completely replenished my skin in less
than a week, its amazing.

If you were a customer visiting your hotel, what treatment
would you recommend and why?
The ESPA Back, face and scalp treatment with hot stones is my
absolute favourite treatment, its the perfect touch of top-to-toe
relaxation which leaves you completely soothed and calmed. It is
the perfect treatment for anyone! It includes a back exfoliation
and hot stone back massage, plus a personalised facial and scalp
massage - 85 minutes of indulgent bliss.
What is your best spa tip?
If you're someone who needs total relaxation i'd suggest trying a
hot stone massage to ease tension and soothe aching muscles. The
combination of aromatherapy oils and volcanic stones relieves any
deep muscle tension. The warmth of the stones penetrates your
muscles further to soothe away any aches and pains; helping you to
unwind. Ideal for the colder months.
