Welcome to The Spa At The Midland. For the first time,
Manchester, has a luxurious spa dedicated to helping you relax,
unwind and enjoy quality treatments.
Leave the crowds, queues, hustle and bustle at street level, and
head down the spiral staircase to an astonishingly calm space.
We're passionate about our guests and hope these tips will
ensure you have a relaxing and memorable spa experience.
Please find access to The Spa At The Midland from the entrance
on Mount Street, on the Western side of the hotel. We recommend you
arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.
If you are taking a treatment of 50 minutes or more you will be
offered a robe and slippers to change into, should you wish. Any
guests taking express treatments will change as appropriate in the
Access to our poolside and thermal areas is inclusive to guests on
'day spa' packages and to hotel residents. A supplement applies at
Access to our relaxation suite is free with 50 minutes of booked
treatment time (doesn't include poolside or thermal areas), and is

including the aromatherapy steam room, beautiful Alder-Wood sauna

Use of the poolside and thermal areas is always monitored to
ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests.
We operate a 60 minute booking window for use on Friday, Saturday,
Sunday and at busy times.
Please note that access to the relaxation room is only for
guests who have a treatment over 50 minutes.
Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
You will have the opportunity to select the music style you'd
like during your treatment in our pre-treatment area before you
meet your therapist.
Please inform us as early as possible of any medical matters, or
allergies, and include these on your spa consultation form before
We strongly advise against using the thermal areas during
pregnancy, but do advise maximum use of the relaxation
area! Pregnant guests, nursing mothers and children under 16
are not permitted to use the thermal areas or whirlpool. A

confirmed to the spa at the time of booking so we can advise
suitable treatments in advance. Any bookings made with undisclosed
health information that prevent treatment from being carried out

Please take advantage of our spa lockers as we cannot accept
responsibility for loss of belongings or jewellery.
We ask that swimming costumes are worn, for the general comfort
of everyone around.
Children under 18 who are residents in the hotel have access to
the pool between 7:30am - 9:00am and 5:30pm - 7:00pm (6:30pm
Saturday - Sunday). Children must be accompanied by an adult/s.

Cancellation is 100% chargeable on the day, or 50% if within 24
hours. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under
