Biography

Catherine is a qualified Personal Trainer, ready to work with you to reach your fitness goals. With a background in group exercise, martial arts and endurance sports including long distance Catherine can work with you to lose weight, set up a programme for your long-distance race or triathlon or make some lifestyle changes to feel healthier. One to One and small group sessions are available.
