Myself and Susie could not praise your team enough for everything you have assisted us with during the Project Managers meeting.
I would like to say a special thank you to Laura Whiting, Chris, Rose and Roberto for always going the extra mile to ensure everyone was satisfied. You all went out of your way to ensure every delegate had a great experience and they certainly did. Once the agenda and numbers had changed you all helped turn everything back around into a positive atmosphere and for this I am very grateful. Laura even went as far as assisting me with registration and did such a wonderful job and delegates would never guess I had briefed her 5 minutes before kick off!
Other members of staff that I would like to thank include Valentina, Chloe, Yvette and Laura on the reception desk. Specifically, Valentina and Chloe as there was no favour too big and they were consistently helping me with everything I required. Every delegate was very pleased with how smooth the check in and check out process was.
Thank you to Sima and Kate for managing the bar for me and keeping me up to date with the bill.
Another thanks too Adam and Praveen upstairs in the restaurant for nothing ever being too much and helping allocate all of our guests a table and helping me with tea runs!
Of course a huge thank you too all of your staff whom refreshed the room regularly and helped with all the room layout changes. (Even with very short notice, your team did a great job!) The room looked beautiful for dinner and Susie was very happy.
Thanks to the chefs as always, the food was amazing!
I know I will have missed some important people out so just to say your whole team are fantastic and I’m already excited to come back and work with you all again!

The event ran so smoothly, and Rose was so helpful - please thank her for me for all her help on the day. The food/ refreshments were timed perfectly, and everything was fresh and tasty. ALL of the staff could not have been any more helpful - special thanks to Franklin too, who was brilliant across both days. Thanks again for all your (and your teams) help - we will definitely be back.

Myself and my team were delighted with the venue and the genuine warmth and professionalism of all staff. The attention to detail was very much appreciated and at every turn our expectations and requirements were not just met but exceeded and frequently anticipated. This applied from my initial queries and discussions with yourself to learning how the projector worked on a pre-recce and the support throughout the two days we were with you.
A special thank you goes to the Restaurant staff who were unfailingly cheerful and helpful.
However, our ‘man of the match’ award goes to Rose who was simply wonderful and a great ambassador for you as she cheerfully looked after us so well in the Manor House.
Bottom line: great venue, great staff.

I organised the Guttmann conference at your hotel on June 25th & 26th. It was a fantastic experience right from September 2014 when we initiated discussions and booked the venue. I am the Product Manager at Hollister and was working closely with the Duke of Cornwall at Salisbury organising committee. Our objective was to delight the 165 delegates who had registered for the event and provide them a superior experience. I am delighted to share that the feedback from over 95% delegates was "BEST GUTTMANN EVENT EVER!" And all this was possible due to the collaboration of the Norton Park team. Each one of your team went beyond their normal job to help us achieve our objective. Though it was teamwork, I do want to highlight the efforts of certain individuals within your organisation Pippa, the Events Manager was a delight to work with; professional, courteous, innovative, accommodating and above all going the extra mile to delight us. Christoff who was ever so supportive in all my last minute requests and with a smile. Steff, who was working very hard, literally picking up all boxes and always with a spring in her step. Lizzie who always stepped in whenever Pippa was on leave to provide us with a seamless service. Overall a big thank you to the Norton Park team from Hollister and The Duke of Cornwall spinal unit team who helped us achieve our objective.

Claire was extremely helpful throughout the entire day. She was available via her phone readily but left us to it, which was very sensitively handled on her part. She responded brilliantly when we had a last-minute change due to the needs of one of our attendees, and came up with a perfect solution which was very much appreciated by everyone. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and we feel strongly that she deserves some recognition for her sensitivity and willingness to support us in making our event a huge success.
Abbie has been exceptional throughout the planning stages. On my visit she was incredibly friendly and passionate about the venue, which really helped our decision making. She is very organised and excellent at communication. She responded very promptly to every query and made sure we had everything we needed. She has also worked to develop a relationship with us so that in the future when we have needs for a venue in other locations we may be able to work with QHotels and have her as our contact. It is my hope that this can happen as I have adored working with her!'

I just want to say a huge thank you for the way you ensured our time together was such a success. The staff that served us lunch were really friendly, efficient and again very accommodating. Please can you thank those who prepared the food as it was all absolutely delicious.
The drawing room was perfectly laid out and the orangery was such an added bonus since we could hold a separate meeting in there too (thank you so much for that).
