Join us for an evening of fine food and Champagne hosted by
Veuve Clicquot's Mark Winnington. Relax in our luxurious Carrington
Grill as we provide a full introduction to the Veuve Clicquot house
Indulge in a specially designed five course tasting
menu and Champagne flight. Our Head Chef, Sam Karle, will
introduce each course while Mark will be on hand to provide insight
into the Champagne pairings. Round off this fantastic evening with
coffee and hand made petit fours.

Hedrick’s on The Lawn - Thursday 16th August
Are you a total gin fanatic? Then we invite you to our
beautiful Garden Room and terrace for an evening of perfectly
paired gin and nibbles. Our good friends at Hendricks will host the
event, matching each gin with a different Fever Tree Tonic using
their expert knowledge of botanicals.
We will also be creating special gin cocktails and mouth
watering canapés for you to sample, including some delicious
