Training over 9 years and working within a gym environment for over 7 years, Sam is passionate about fitness and enjoys working with various clients of different ages, levels of fitness and goals. He is knowledgeable about Athletics and currently plays rugby for the local team, Marple RUFC.

Qualifications

  • Kettlebell, Boxercise and Spinning qualified
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor
  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight management, P.T Business & Marketing.

Nathan has played football for Stockport Sport FC for 9 years playing in the Northern Premier League Division One. Through this passion for football, Nathan is also a Level 1 FA coach!
