our brand new group exercise class timetable;

music, inspiring qualified instructors, and the latest cutting-edge
choreography, delivering a total live group effect experience.
BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, group fitness
workout that shapes and tones the whole body, reduces stress levels
and increases energy. The class includes cardio exercise,
resistance work, core training, mobility and balance, all to
motivating music from the 70's, 80's and 90's, which leaves
participants fizzing with energy. On average, class-goers burn 550

BODYPUMP™ is one of the fastest ways to get in

Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves

BODYBALANCE is a yoga-based class that will
improve your mind, your body and your life. The class combines
controlled breathing, concentration and carefully constructed
stretches, making it the perfect class for busy people who want to
leave the stresses of the day behind them. Burning on average 390
calories per class, this workout brings the body into a state of
harmony and balance. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave
the class feeling calm and centered.
LES MILLS GRIT™SERIES is a hardcore, programme
that is designed to make users hot under the collar, pushing them
to their max, and beyond! LES MILLS GRIT™CARDIO burns around 600
calories and is the explosive workout that involves 30-minutes of
extreme fat burn, and carries on burning fat for hours after the
