QHotels has launched two new offers to help event planners save
money and get more from the events they book.
Bookers that are one step ahead in planning their 2018
conferences and events can take advantage of QHotels' Early Bird
offer, entitling them to 24 hour rates starting at just £130 for
events arriving before 8th April. Plus, they'll also be entered
into a prize draw to win a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes, £750 of high
street vouchers or a Hugo Boss suit.
As of now bookers of 2017 events worth over £500 will be rewarded
with 5% cash back from QHotels, which they can put towards their
next event, take as high street vouchers or, donate to QHotels'
official charity partner, the NSPCC.
This means that QHotels' corporate customers can support the
group's three year partnership with the NSPCC, which aims to raise
Chris Gaines, Sales Director at QHotels, said of the new offers:
"We're increasingly seeing organisers looking to achieve more for
their events with the same budgets or less, which is why the latest
offers focus on giving something back to help do this - whether
that's a saving or a cashback option.
"The Early Bird package offers bookers exceptionally low rates,
the savings from which free up budget to spend on other areas, such
as technology or team building, which are becoming even more
integral to improving the delegate experience.
"We also know that it's important for companies to give something
back to worthy causes, as part of their own corporate social
responsibility schemes, so the option to donate to the NSPCC as
part of the cash back offer seemed like the perfect fit."
