The Midland continues golden streak with latest VenueVerdict accreditation

The Midland in Manchester is celebrating after achieving its third VenueVerdict Gold Standard accreditation this year, as the results for Q3 of 2016 are announced.

The prestigious Gold Standard accreditation, which The Midland has held for three consecutive years, is awarded the UK's largest independent research agency, BDRC, directly based on event host feedback and how likely they are to recommend a venue for a conference or event.
Accreditations are awarded to venues quarterly with the annual VenueVerdict results announced in December.
QHotels, which owns The Midland, received a record-breaking 10 VenueVerdict Gold Standard accreditations in the quarter, with the following venues in the group also receiving the accolade:

• Ashford International Hotel (VenueVerdict's 2015 No.1 Hotel)
• Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort, Yorkshire and Humberside
• The Park Royal, Cheshire
• Dunston Hall, Norwich
• Mottram Hall, Cheshire
• The Oxford Belfry, Oxfordshire
• The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort, near Glasgow
• Belton Woods, Grantham
• Hellidon Lakes Golf & Spa Hotel, Daventry

Micheal Magrane, General Manager of The Midland said: "It's fantastic for our hotel to have achieved yet another VenueVerdict accreditation.

"We have recently invested in enhancing areas of our hotel, as part of our continual efforts to keep customers returning time and time again. This award demonstrates that these improvements have been extremely valuable and worthwhile. Congratulations to our team at The Midland for their continual efforts."

James Bland, Director - Hotels and Hospitality at BDRC Continental, said: "To see QHotels reach their highest number of Gold Standard accreditations in a single quarter really goes to show the drive that the team has in delivering excellent events for their customers, an achievement to be very proud of."
