To celebrate National Spa Week 2015, QHotels is launching a competition on Monday (2 November) to win a relaxing spa break for two guests, and an exclusive new day spa package at one of its 24 spa hotels across the UK.

The 'Meet and Treat' competition offers the chance to nominate a friend or family member by telling QHotels why they deserve a pampering treat. One lucky winner will enjoy a well-deserved spa break for two, including a 60-minute treatment per person and full use of hotels' spa facilities.

To enter a friend or family member into QHotels' 'Meet and Treat' competition, simply send a tweet to @QHotels or post on QHotels' Facebook page facebook.com/QHotels, stating why they deserve to win a special spa treat. Tag the person you would like to nominate and use '#QMeetandTreat.'

Running from 2 November to 6 November, National Spa Week aims to increase awareness of the mental and physical benefits regular spa treatments can bring.

Throughout the week, QHotels is offering an exclusive Meet and Treat day spa package to help make spas more accessible and affordable for all. The day spa package, available to book until Friday 6 November and must be taken before Friday 18 December 2015, includes a 60-minute QHotels Spa Ritual treatment, use of the health club facilities, 20% off food and drink, plus robes and slippers, from just £45 per person.

David Heap, Group Leisure and Spa Manager, said: "National Spa Week is all about highlighting the benefits of spa treatments, so this year we wanted to recognise friends and family members who deserve a special treat.

"Our unique 'Meet and Treat' day spa package has been designed around our customers' needs and desires, helping us continue to deliver memorable spa experiences, time and time again."
