QHotels is good as gold with latest VenueVerdict results

QHotels continues its golden start to the year, with nine venues in the group achieving the VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation, as results for the second quarter of the year are announced.

Maintaining its strong performance from Q1 and record results of 2014, QHotels retains nine venues in the group receiving the accolade, reflecting its focus on service; inspired by its customers to constantly improve its conference and events experience.

The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is based on how likely event hosts are to recommend a venue for a conference or event. The research was conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest independent market research agency.

QHotels Managing Director, Michael Purtill, said: "The VenueVerdict Accreditation, based on genuine customer feedback and recommendation, is such an important benchmark for us - that's why we're constantly looking to innovate and offer new services and experiences that match our customers' changing tastes and needs.

"Already this year we've launched our Inspirational Training product and Apple Watch booking incentive, both of which were inspired by the views of event bookers and delegates.

"We're thrilled to continue into the year with so many hotels maintaining the gold standard - a true reflection of our focus on outstanding customer service."

QHotels venues receiving the VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation are:

  • Ashford International Hotel
  • Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort
  • The Cambridge Belfry
  • The Cheltenham Chase Hotel
  • The Midland
  • The Nottingham Belfry
  • The Oxford Belfry
  • The Stratford
  • The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort

James Bland, Client Services Director at BDRC Continental said: "QHotels' continued superb performance is testament to the extent to which they value their customers' opinions and engage with the feedback they receive to drive service improvement.

"The VenueVerdict programme is completely impartial and independent, so planners can have confidence that venues accredited to our Gold Standard truly have their best interests at heart."
