the Year 2014-2015 QHotels suggests.
Last year, Tuesday January 14th - the second Tuesday in January
- saw the highest volume of traffic to the health club section on
QHotels.co.uk. Treadmill Tuesday falls almost a week ahead of Blue
Monday (January 26th), thought to be the most depressing day of the
