THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF CHESHIRE BOOSTS BUSINESS AT MOTTRAM HALL

Mottram Hall

Mottram Hall, one of QHotels' 27 luxury and unique hotels, has seen a surge in sales and bookings since the venue was used as a location in the new ITV Be reality series, The Real Housewives of Cheshire.

Grade II listed Mottram Hall has been used frequently by the TV show, with scenes being filmed in front of the hotel, in the Garden Room, the lounge areas and the golf course as well several of the stars filmed as they had treatments at the locally renowned spa. Several events organised by cast members such as Leanne Brown have also been filmed at the hotel, as well as publicity photographs to promote the show.

James Stewart, Managing Director at Mottram Hall said: "Since the series went on air we've seen an increase in bookings for private functions such as charity dinners, which is great news.  Interestingly, we've also seen our bar revenues go up, with sales increases on luxury items such as Champagne, so people are perhaps feeling inspired by the Real Housewives' luxury lifestyles!"

Producers of the show are filming at Mottram Hall on an on-going basis as the series continues.  Mottram Hall was an obvious location for the series, being located in the affluent area of Cheshire popular with footballers, and already frequented by the stars of the show.
