QHOTELS SCOOPS TOP MARKS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN WHICH? UK HOTEL SURVEY

Award winning hotel group, QHotels, has retained its position as a Which? UK Hotel Chain Recommended Provider - recognising the portfolio's combination of exceptional standards in customer service and quality accommodation.

Retaining its score of 78% for the second year, QHotels received the maximum five star rating for  its customer service, its food, and was one of only three hotel chains to receive five stars for "description of the hotels matching reality" in this year's survey.

Based on a survey of over 5,888 member's experiences, the Which? survey praised QHotels' consistency across its 21 hotels, against key competitors including Radisson Blu, Marriott and DoubleTree by Hilton.

Michael Purtill, managing Director at QHotels, said: "This is a great result for our portfolio of hotels.
"We work hard to ensure that what we promise is what we deliver, and this has been recognised by receiving the maximum score for how our hotel descriptions match reality in the survey.
"Retaining the same customer rating as last year demonstrates how we consistently go the extra mile for customers, ensuring every stay is tailored to their individual needs."

QHotels was also named AA Hotel Group of the Year in the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards in September.
