The hotel brand scooped the Gold
Award, following on-going assessment over the course of 2013.
QHotels finished the year with a score of 95.6% which is 2% above
the runner up. QHotels' Hampshire hotel, Norton Park, received a
near-perfect score of 99.9%, the highest of any participating
The assessment for the award is
called the Meetings Benchmark Tracker (MBT) and uses mystery
shopping methodology to rate how well individual meeting venues and
hotels handle enquiries for meetings and events. This covers the
entire end-to-end client enquiry experience, from the quality of
the sales team to the follow up processes in place.
QHotels' Managing Director,

2014 has already been a fantastic
year for QHotels, as they also received VenueVerdict's top honour -
the Gold Standard Group Award, as well as the No.1 Large Group and
the No.1 Hotel Award for its Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort.
The MBT currently rates just over
400 properties in the UK & Ireland, and another 400 globally to
the same minimum standard of performance. This VenueVerdict award
is based on rigorous research conducted by BDRC Continental, the
UK's largest independent market research agency.
