The consumer watchdog revealed QHotels' top ranking position was
determined with the highest customer score of 78% based on
a survey of over 8,000 of their member experiences.
QHotels 21 properties achieved a maximum of five star rating for
cleanliness and the quality of room fixtures and fittings, beating
the likes of Radisson-Blu Edwardian and Marriott hotels to the

bed comfort, breakfast offering and value for money.

A well deserved win to our mind, the visit back home to Leeds was made extra special by our stay in the Queen's I had grown up admiring as a teenager! The room was spacious and wished we had brought the grandchildren. The staff were professional, calm and lovely. I am a big fan of all the décor and style of the interior too. Well done to all.

My husband and I go to the Q hotel's often we have tried most of them our favourite is Stratford Manor but they are all excelent and would tell peple to try them.
We have stayed at four Q hotels and our last visit was to Chesford Grange where we stayed for four nights. Each stay made us look forward to our next. We are not surprised by the Which award, it is well deserved. Well done to all the hotel teams.
