The Hampshire Court short listed for a fantastic award from local Naomi House and Jacksplace charity

Naomi House and Jacksplace are hospices for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. They provide care to young people and their families in communities across Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire.

Each year Naomi House and Jacksplace aim to raise £7 million to help them run both of their hospices. They receive only 18% of their funding from the Department of Health: the remaining amount is raised and donated by individuals, groups and businesses. Many people get involved by fundraising whereas other individuals choose to volunteertheir time.

The Hampshire Court Hotel and Norton Park Hotel have been shortlisted for the 'outstanding corporate supporter' award because of their commitment to raising money for this fantastic charity.

'General Manager of Hampshire Court Hotel, Dan Kelly, said 'It is fantastic to be recognised for our work with Naomi House and Jacksplace. This is a charity very close to many people's hearts and we are delighted to be able to do our bit for them and help in any way we can. Charitable giving is at the heart of QHotels' ethos and we strongly support this at Hampshire Court and Norton Park'.
