The 150-seat restaurant, with 50-cover destination bar, replaces

entirely new avenue for Rogan with the introduction of more varied,

local community with the sale of fresh food.

Simon Rogan added: "Mr Cooper's is going to be an exciting new
challenge for us - it's a bigger site than we have done before and
we will be spreading our culinary reach beyond our usual UK-only
ingredients, taking influences from all over the world."
This exciting announcement follows the
reopening of 50-seat Restaurant, The French, which Rogan reopened
last month to rave reviews. The Colony will close in the summer for
an extensive refurbishment, reopening as Mr Cooper's House &
Garden in September 2013.
