Flemings Restaurant Celebrates the Best of Scottish Cuisine

The Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort, one of QHotels' 21 unique and luxury hotels, has launched a new delectable six-course tasting menu in their AA Rosette restaurant, Flemings.
Designed by renowned Sous Chef Lowell Cunningham, the six-course menu showcases the very best of local Scottish produce. Drawing on Cunningham's classical training in both French and Scottish cuisine, he combines a modern flare for food with traditional Scottish gastronomy to deliver a distinctive menu of delicious flavours.
Stewart Goldie, Executive Head Chef at Flemings Restaurant said: "Seasonality, locality and provenance are key to our food philosophy. We believe in supporting local businesses and we work with renowned suppliers such as Campbells Family Butcher and Caledonian Larder - allowing us to incorporate a rich heritage into our menu."

The team hopes that this new six-course menu - which includes a vegetarian option - will refresh interest in local farming, and provide diners with an exciting take on some old favourites.
