We are now making the final plans to welcome you back to your Leisure Club and we are very excited to be able to see you all from MONDAY 31ST AUGUST!
As you will expect there have, and will continue to be, many changes in our clubs for both our staff, members and customers safety. To ensure you have all of the information possible at this stage we have put together the following frequently asked questions section on our website. Please note, as we are sure you understand that government guidelines continue to evolve therefore we may have to make further adaptions - however we will continue to keep you updated when any changes are made.
In order to access the club we are now asking all members, in line with government guidance, to book their timeslots to swim and use the gym. All bookings can be made 7 days in advance and can be made during the allocated times your membership allows. Members have access to one slot in the gym and one slot in the pool per day, dependent on your membership contract. Your direct debit will be reactivated to take 50% of your normal monthly membership fee on the 7th September 2020 returning to the full amount from the 7th October 2020
Please note, we have limited capacity in our changing rooms and are advising all our members to arrive gym/pool ready and to get showered and changed at home if possible. However, if you should wish to book a slot in the changing room you can do so upon arrival at your club.
If you don’t feel ready to return to your club yet you can still request to freeze your membership free of charge for September 2020 by going online here and filling in the online form. All annual memberships have been extended to cover the length of period that your club was closed.
