Visiting your Leisure Club

  • Will there be changes to leisure club opening hours?

    No, your leisure club's opening hours will be the same.

  • Will there be changes to class timetable?

    We will be running some limited classes to begin with and amended timetables will be published when the Leisure Club re-opens.

  • Is there a time limit on my visit to the club?

    We are asking all members to book one hour slots to use the gym and ask members to limit sessions to 45 minutes to allow us to clean the gym after member usage. This policy will be reviewed on a regular basis and you'll be informed if we're able to relax this.

  • How do I make gym or swim booking?

    We will be launching an online portal to enable ease of booking for you full details of this to follow.

  • Do I need to arrive early for booked visits?

    Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your visit to avoid congestion.

  • What should I bring?

    Workout gear: Please arrive ready to work out to avoid using the changing room

    Full water bottle: Water fountains will be unavailable for hygiene reasons. You can purchase a bottle of water using your contactless card if needed

    Yoga mat: If you've booked a class we ask that you bring your own mat

    Towel: Please bring your own towel as these will not be provided.

  • Will there be changing rooms and lockers available?

    The changing rooms will be open however we ask you to shower and get changed at home if possible.

    There will be a limited number of lockers available, so please limit your personal belongings and only use a locker if essential.

    Regrettably, hair dryers will be unavailable.

  • Will you be supplying towels?

    No, in line with UK Active guidelines for reopening fitness facilities, we aren't able to supply towels. We're asking members not to shower at the club unless swimming.

  • Will Shampoo and Shower Gel be available?

    We won’t be supplying Shampoo’s or Shower Gels and we request members bring their own
