When will my membership restart?
Further to the Prime Minister's announcement, we are continuing to follow the governments advice which means we will close from Wednesday 4th November. Clubs will currently remain closed until Wednesday 2nd December, with memberships restarting on Thursday 3rd of December.
My fee is taken by Direct Debit when will it be taken when you reopen?
During the time your Leisure Club is closed we will automatically be freezing all our memberships with no fees to pay. As you have paid November’s membership subscription this payment will now cover December with Direct Debits commencing again on January 1st 2021.
If you are on a long-term freeze for medical reasons, your membership will still be on hold until your original freeze end date.
Norton Park members: Direct debits are taken on different dates for our Norton Park Club. Your November payment has been stopped. Your next membership payment will be on 14th December 2020.
I am a pre-paid member will my membership be extended?
Yes, we'll be extending your membership by the length of time that the club was closed.
I have a question about my membership who do I contact?
Our QHotels Group Contact Centre will remain open during the closure. Please contact them on email@example.com.
I submitted a cancellation request directly to the club when you were closed, what happens now?
If you submit a cancellation request by email directly to your club whilst it is closed you'll be contacted by the Club Manager once the club reopens.
I am over 70 can I still come?
Once we have reopened of you are not shielding at home, you are more than welcome to visit your local club.
