Will I be able to use the Swimming Pool?
Our swimming pools will be open and timeslots will be booked in hourly slots via our new online booking service.
Can I book swimming lessons?
Due to capacity levels within the swimming pool and social distancing rules, swimming lessons will not be running at the present time.
Will I be able to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi?
We're currently in the process of reopening saunas and steam rooms - for more details please see individual hotel Health Club pages. Jacuzzis remain closed until further notice.
Will I be able to access PT services when you re-open?
When we initially re-open PT services will not be available. We will look at phasing this service back into the facility over the forthcoming months.
Can I book a gym induction/assessment?
No, unfortunately we can't restart our induction/assessment service when we reopen. If you'd like to speak to a member of the team about your progress, please ask for a verbal assessment.
Are your tennis courts and squash courts available?
Tennis courts will be open at clubs that have them and will be available to book as usual.
Squash courts will remain closed until the government advises it is safe to reopen. This includes solo usage.
Will we able to buy food and drink from the hotel?
All of our restaurants, bars and terraces are open. Please find out more here.
Will we able to book an appointment in the Spa?
We are hoping that our Spas will be able to open again when we reopen our clubs, but this is dependent on government guidelines. We'll update you as soon as we know more.
