A message from Richard, our CEO
Firstly, I hope that all our guests and their loved ones are safe and well during these difficult and unprecedented times.
Following the temporary closure of our hotels in March, I wanted to let you know what we have been doing behind the scenes.
Even though our hotels are temporarily closed at this time due to the restrictions, set by the government, I’m very proud to say, our onsite hotel and centralised teams are working really hard every day to help our customers amend or cancel their reservation as a result of the current uncertainties.
In response, we are aiming to provide you with reassurance through our ‘book with confidence’ promise: This provides you with flexible cancellation terms, as we recognise your plans may change. Although constantly subject to review, all of our hotels are available to book from 1st June onwards at this time.
On a really positive note, we are delighted to reopen our golf courses at 6 of our resorts and very much look forward to welcoming lots of new and familiar faces!
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support, we really do understand how difficult and frustrating it is for those who have had plans disrupted. Like you, we too really miss travel and experiencing new places, spending time with loved ones and celebrating with friends. I am confident however that when our fabulous hotels do reopen their doors, we will be ready and waiting with our spas, golf courses and leisure facilities for your enjoyment.
