Step 1. Weigh yourself in pounds (ideally in the morning) and multiply by 11

Step 2. Now multiply the value by 1.5

Step 3. Now multiply the number of minutes per week you lift weights by 5

Step 4. Multiply the number of minutes per week you run, cycle, or play sports by 8

Step 5. Add the values for step 3 and 4 then divide by 7
