"From the outset this was never going to be an easy, run of the mill event.  We set out to
pull off something different, something memorable. Your team fully embraced this ethos
and I know that without that can do attitude we wouldn't have had such a successful
time. There were so many parts of the service delivery that were worthy of recognition.
I'll include a few here but if I have missed anyone out, I'll apologise in advance!

 Stephanie for her excellent administrative skills. She managed to pull 6 months
worth of meeting and discussion into 10 individual BEO documents!

 The chef for his creative food presentation and ideas. The central tree, the
displays, the food, all truly exceptional and certainly gave the wow factor

 Miles, for just being Miles. There was never an objection, just an unequivocal
"yes" to every request we threw at him.

 Becki for helping us with a smooth check in process. Getting 90 Irish guests off 2
buses, with all bags in hand, and through reception in 10 minutes!

 Jordan and the rest of the Food and Beverage team for sourcing the Hendriks, the
cheese, the port, the coffee machines and the Milton Ale. It all went down very
well… too well!!

 Natalie and the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms clean and tidy, as well
as the public areas, as well as dealing with a few unexpected surprises

'I received a lot of compliments from my colleagues regarding the party, both on the night and since. When we entered the restaurant it was clear how much effort had been made to make the room festive and welcoming. Everyone really enjoyed the food and drink and the service was very good and efficient, I didn't hear a single grumble from anyone.

I also think the disco was good fun, we had quite a few of our party up and 'dancing' which was good to see and there was a good atmosphere with the other works parties happening in the same room. Having the bottles of beer in the ice buckets was a nice little touch, we really felt looked after throughout the night which was what we missed when we had a Christmas party elsewhere.'

"I intended to write to you concerning the treatment I intended to write to you concerning the treatment
my wife and I received at Bridgewood Manor Hotel over the last week-end when we stayed from the Friday afternoon until lunch-time on Sunday.

The service and consideration was magnificent in every respect and this was not only due to the attention given by Mrs Sarah Fisher previously, but by 'Tracy' on the Saturday.

Our pleasure was accentuated by the confident courtesies given by all of the staff at various times, from the simple opening of doors, I am disabled, and the happy enthusiasm even when asked for an alteration to their normal routine.

Obviously QHotels aim to achieve thanks from guests, in this case they have succeeded to the extreme.

I just wanted to drop a note to say thank you for having us last week, the event ran so well and it was a pleasure working alongside your team to deliver a smooth running, successful event.

You have a fantastic, hardworking team who were a joy to work with and made a long, hard event somewhat easier to manage. Karen was a great help in sales, Victoria and Rhys were fantastic front of house, Mark drew the short straw with the luggage drop but was a complete professional and handled everything in his stride and Tom was a complete star working with our night guys to ensure a smooth transition into the next day's event.

 The true star however was Rob - hard working, conscientious and a true asset to your team nothing was too much trouble and he really wanted the event to work and helped to achieve that in whatever way he could.

Bywater have an excellent working relationship with QHotels, this is due in part to having Mathew Turvey as our dedicated Central Account Manager. Mathew is very helpful and communicates well with us, making the whole process of booking new dates, selecting new hotels and dealing with any issues that may arise very easy.

Bywater chose to work with QHotels due to its Inspirational Training Product. With QHotels we are ensured a high standard of venue and excellent value for money, coupled with flexible terms and conditions. These include low minimum delegate numbers for Day Delegate and 24hr packages, easy refreshment timings plus dinner and residential booking options.

The Inspirational Training product also provides other features including helping the tutor park close to the hotel entrance, assistance unloading course materials and allowing their partner to stay for no extra charge -  all things that make that little bit of extra difference.

The feedback that we have received from our delegates has been very good and we have had no hesitation in adding an additional venue for our 2017 training programme schedule with QHotels .
