QMerits Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings must be made direct with QHotels, either online,through our Central Reservations team or with your hotel Sales Manager.
  • All reservation numbers must be logged on your claim form in order to claim your reward.
  • Non LPR QMerits members receive 10% off best available rate.
  • Customers on an LPR rate can be included in the QMerits scheme but cannot claim the 10% discount.
  • Must book a minimum of 10 bedrooms per year.
  • All reservations will need to be verified before points are awarded.
  • Claims must be made within 12 months of the first reservation.
  • The three-course meal is based off the Table d'hote menu and includes a house bottle of red or white wine.  Supplements may apply and excludes all other extras.
  • Dinner is not valid at The French at The Midland.
  • VIP overnight reward includes a bed and breakfast break for one night for two people in a deluxe room, subject to availability.
  • Spa break reward includes one night accommodation in a standard room on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis for two people plus two half hour treatments per person at available time slots during your stay (only applicable at hotels with spa faciltiies) - please call the hotel ahead of your stay to secure your treatment times. Limited Saturday nights available on one night breaks.
  • Reward recipients may be liable to pay tax on any rewards claimed.
  • This scheme may be withdrawn at any time at QHotels' discretion without liability.
  • Calls to our 0845 numbers will cost 2p per minute plus your telephone company's access charge.
