As the hospitality and travel industry faces the unprecedented impact of Covid-19, we want to assure you that we are doing all we can to work with you and support you during these difficult and challenging times.   

Following the developing and latest Government directives we need to inform you that as a responsible group who puts the health and wellbeing of our staff and guests at the top of our agenda, we felt we had no choice other than to temporarily close our hotels.    

We have implemented new initiatives across our hotel portfolio in terms of hygiene and sanitation, however we feel that more is needed to ensure social distancing and to help in the fight to slow down the virus.    

We would like to assure you that our team are closely monitoring the situation carefully and reacting in a considered manner to secure the health of staff, guests and the future for all.     

 We will take all action necessary to ensure that our hotels continue to be at the forefront of excellence in this situation and beyond.    

We know we can all get through this and come back stronger in the future, so when we bounce back, and we will, we very much look forward to welcoming you back to our hotels.

Our Cancellation and Booking Policy

We want your booking experience and stay at any of our hotels to be as easy and as flexible as possible. With your convenience and current events in mind, we want to provide you with reassurance and confidence when booking with us.

For all existing direct bookings, with an arrival date up to 30th April 2020, we are offering full flexibility to change your arrival date up until 18th December 2020*.

For any new bookings, when booking direct with us, you’ll not only get the best rate available, but plenty of flexibility to change your arrival date up until 18th December 2020*. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, providing you give at least 7 days’ notice, in advance of your arrival date, we’ll guarantee a full refund of your pre-paid booking.

*All dates are subject to availability

  • Best Available Rate

    Our Best Available Rate offers up to 15% off, and is fully flexible up to 24hrs prior to arrival. 

    A credit or debit card is required to guarantee this booking, no charge will be taken unless your booking is cancelled after the cancellation deadline. You can cancel your flex rate booking up to 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival without penalty. If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival, you will be charged for your first night's accommodation.

  • Advance Purchase Rate

    Our Advance Purchase rate offers 10% off our Best Available Rate for advanced purchase.

    You can amend your arrival dates up to 7 days before arrival, for pre-paid reservations with arrivals up to and including 31st August 2020.

    You can cancel your stay up to 7 days before arrival, and we will guarantee a full refund for pre-paid reservations with arrivals up to and including 31st August 2020.
