Firstly, I hope that all our guests and their loved ones are safe and well during these difficult and unprecedented times.

Following the temporary closure of our hotels in March, I wanted to let you know that we have been working hard getting ready for your arrival!

Even though our hotels are temporarily closed at this time due to the restrictions, set by the government, I’m very proud to say, our onsite hotel and centralised teams continue to work really hard every day to help our customers amend or cancel their reservation and also make new plans for the future, for when our hotels are open.

We continue to provide you with reassurance through our ‘book with confidence’ promise: This provides you with flexible cancellation terms including moving your stay date or full refund with a voucher or cash, as we fully recognise your plans may change. I am therefore, delighted to say, although subject to continued review, we are expecting to reopen all of our hotels on 4th July 2020.

We recently reopened our golf courses at all 6 of our resorts in England. We’re pleased to have already welcomed thousands of golfers and very much look forward to receiving many more!

Your safety is absolutely paramount, and I want to take this opportunity to confirm our commitment to this being delivered through a number of important changes throughout every hotel. This is to guarantee that we have a professional team of people and processes in place to provide a clean and safe environment.

We will continue to review and update these as and when required. Our teams have been undergoing extensive training to ensure we consistently deliver our ‘Clean+Safe’ promise and a friendly welcome, without exception.

Thank you for your ongoing support, we really do understand how difficult and frustrating it is for those who have had plans disrupted. However, we feel, that with our ‘Clean+Safe’ programme in place, we can now begin to make plans for the future and look forward to new adventures.

We want your booking experience and stay at any of our hotels to be as easy and as flexible as possible. With your convenience and current events in mind, we want to provide you with reassurance and confidence when booking with us.

For all direct bookings, you’ll not only get the best rate available but we are offering maximum flexibility.

For our Best Available rate you’ll get full flexibility and can cancel until 24 hours prior to arrival.

For Advance Purchase and prepaid Packages you can change your arrival date or receive a refund or gift voucher, providing you give at least 7 days’ notice. For more details, please see below.

  • Best Available Rate

    Our Best Available Rate is our fully flexible rate which is guaranteed to be the best rate when booking direct.


    Our Best Available Rate can be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to arrival.


    A credit or debit card is required to guarantee this booking, no charge will be taken unless your booking is cancelled after the cancellation deadline. You can cancel your flex rate booking up to 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival without penalty. If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival, you will be charged for your first night's accommodation.

  • Advance Purchase Rate

    Our Advance Purchase rate offers 10% off our Best Available Rate for advanced purchase.

    You can either, 7 days before arrival, amend your stay to an alternative arrival date* or cancel your stay and we will guarantee a full refund for pre-paid reservations.

    Note: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. If you choose to move your arrival date, dates are subject to availability and may result in either a higher or lower rate depending on the date chosen.

  • School Holiday Breaks
