• The QHotels Collection Book Direct Discount is ONLY available when booking via The QHotels Collection website: www.theqhotelscollection.co.uk or via our Individual Hotel microsites.
• The Book Direct discount is not available through our Contact Centre or any other booking channels.
• The Book Direct rate offers a discount of 10% off our Best Available Rate and Advanced Purchase Rates Room Only and Bed & Breakfast, which are subject to availability. This discount is not available on any other rates or packages available on our website.
• The Book Direct discount is only available at our Individual hotels – this offer is therefore not available at any of the branded properties listed here: Doubletree by Hilton The Oxford Belfry Hote & Spa / Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort / Doubletree by The Stratford / Doubletree by Forest Pines / Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase / Delta by Marriott Nottingham Belfry / Mercure Bristol Holland House.
• The Book Direct rate cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts and is not valid on existing reservations (made before 1 February 2022).
• The Book Direct discount is only available to customers who sign up in advance of making their reservation and the discount code provided must be applied to the booking. Discount cannot be given retrospectively.
• The Book Direct discount does not apply to qualified transient rates such as government negotiated rates or other third party negotiated rates.
