The Cheltenham Chase Hotel rebrands as a Delta Hotel by Marriott

-Aprirose completes £2.5 million refurbishment of former QHotel-

This week, The Cheltenham Chase Hotel, owned by real estate investment company Aprirose, located in Gloucestershire, has rebranded to Delta Hotels by Marriott.

Formerly under the QHotel brand, the rebrand will see the hotel become the second Delta Hotels by Marriott property in the UK, as the brand continues its global rollout offering fresh, contemporary accommodation with a focus on getting the finer details right.

The Cheltenham Chase has undergone a £2.5 million refurbishment, which has included the transformation of its 122 bedrooms, a fully remodelled lounge, restaurant, lobby and new Delta bar.

Aprirose will roll out the Delta brand this year to the Nottingham Belfry, which is currently a QHotel branded asset, with another three hotels confirmed to move under the Delta Hotels by Marriott brand in 2020.

Situated on the edge of the Cotswold hills, close to nearby attractions including Gloucester Cathedral, Cheltenham races and Gloucester Quays, the hotel offers 122 guest rooms and 700 square meters of meeting and event space across ten rooms.

With Delta Hotels by Marriott’s focus on elevating the finer details, guests can expect to enjoy fast and free Wi-Fi, modern fitness centres with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, and convenient dining options including the Delta Bar.

Aprirose acquired QHotels in September 2017. In February 2019 Aprirose announced the launch of its own hotel operating platform. The platform is currently operating in conjunction with Kew Green Hotels.
