graduating from University in 2009 in Sport, Exercise and Health
Science I started working at the Park Royal in 2010. Since joining
the Park Royal Leisure Team as a Personal Trainer, I have worked
with clients from all ages and backgrounds, including setting up
and delivering children's fitness clubs.
I run a
Wednesday morning bootcamp where the creativity is only limited
to my bizarre ideas to push and challenge everybody,
from the fittest gym goer to the first timer. From swinging on
ropes and crawling under laser trip wires, to talent contests,
themed events and team challenges, it's all fun and
Metafit, MetaPWR and MetaPRO classes which leave my clients
exhausted from 12 minute workouts and 20-25 minute HIIT workouts to
20-25 minute HIRT workouts.
I also teach
Pilates, spinning and boxercise classes.
As well as
all this, I specialise in gym instruction for clients with lower
back pain, focusing on improving the quality of life for each
individual, and I work with elderly clients and clients with
specific medical conditions, helping them with tasks we all take
for granted such as the ability to walk and climb
