is set out below. These terms may be changed from time to time.
Your access to the site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of
these terms.
The QHotels web site pages contain a selection of material
concerning QHotels and associated companies. The material is for
information only. QHotels may at any time alter the contents of the
pages on the web site and/or refer the reader to other sites on the
World Wide Web.
QHotels does not make any representations or give any
warranties, express or implied, about the information provided
through this web site, including any hypertext links or any other
items used either directly or indirectly from the QHotels web site.
QHotels does not accept any responsibility for enabling the reader
to link to another site in the World Wide Web or for any other
site.
QHotels does not represent that the information contained on the
web site is accurate, comprehensive, verified or complete, and
shall have no liability for the accuracy of the information
contained in the web site or for delays or omissions therein or for
any reliance placed on the information or use made of it, by any

QHotels shall not be liable for any claims or losses of any
nature, arising indirectly or directly from use of the information

contained in the pages. QHotels accepts no responsibility for

Web-site Accuracy
Amendments and updates are frequently made to all areas of the
qhotels.co.uk web site and every effort is made to ensure that all
the information published is correct.
Recording of Telephone Calls
To help us continually improve our services, we may monitor
and/or record your telephone calls with us.
Booking direct with QHotels
Booking on-line with QHotels Direct is quick, easy and
completely secure. To ensure our most competitive room rates are
displayed at all times and to avoid disappointment, room
availability is shown in 'real-time' direct from each hotels
reservation system.
Payment terms
Your payment card WILL NOT be charged for standard reservations
at our Internet Flexi rate. QHotels ask for your secure card
details in order to guarantee your reservation. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE
ON DEPARTURE from the hotel. If you fail to arrive or you cancel
your reservation after 12:00 GMT on the due date of your arrival,
QHotels reserve the right to charge your card for one night's
accommodation.
Your payment card WILL be charged for special offers, promotions
and QSaver reservations. Discounted rates are strictly
non-refundable and non-transferable. QHotels accept payment by
cheque with guarantee card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro &
American Express.
QHotels accept payment by American Express, Mastercard, Visa
(including Delta & Electron), Maestro and cash (GBP). QHotels
also accept travellers cheques up to £500 in value. From November
1st 2007 QHotels will no longer accept bank cheques as payment at
reception or in any hotel outlet, however we will continue to
accept cheques (with guarantee card) as a deposit payment provided
it is received AT LEAST 7 days prior to your stay or your hotel
event. Cheques and BACS transfers are also accepted as payment of
outstanding sales ledger invoices by prior agreement only, please
ask for our bank details if necessary.
Advertised Rates
All rates quoted are subject to availability and inclusive of
VAT tax at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Rates quoted cannot be
used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.
Supplements will be applied automatically for single and family
room occupancy, or if you upgrade to a Deluxe Room or Suite.
Cancellations
Deposits received in conjunction with pre-paid bookings are non
transferable & non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
If cancellation occurs after 12 Noon on the date of arrival then
any unpaid element of the booking will be levied as a cancellation
fee.
All other bookings will be subject to a cancellation fee
equivalent to the first night’s contracted cost of stay, charged
to your credit/debit card, if cancellation occurs after 12.00 Noon
on the date of your arrival.
Bookings for groups in excess of 9 rooms will be subject to
their own specific terms and conditions detailed on your
booking.
We recommend you take out suitable travel insurance if
necessary.

Incidentals, Extras and Activities
Additional services, beauty treatments and leisure activities
including golf undertaken at the hotel will be charged for as
taken. Other added extras including telephone calls, Internet
access, mini-bar refreshments etc will automatically be added to
your hotel bill and must be settled prior to departure.
Families with Children
Children aged 15 or under stay free when sharing with two
adults; a single supplement applies when only one adult is in the
room. Upgrade charges apply for larger rooms. Additional rooms for
children on their own are charged at half price. All children's
meals must be paid for (except under 5's): half the adult price
applies to half portions; the full adult price applies to full
portions. A family room could include a foldaway bed and not all
hotels will have cots available, so please ensure that you ask at
the time of booking. Christmas and New Year breaks are subject to
different terms and conditions.
Babysitting - QHotels recommends the babysitting service from
Safehands Network Ltd.This national supplier provides well-trained,
police checked babysitters. All agreements are made between
the parent and Safehands. To book call Safehands direct on 0870
8446688 and quote QHotels, ideally giving 48 hours' notice.
Special Requests
QHotels new online booking system allows you to ask for special
requests. Whilst every effort will be made to carry out your
wishes, unfortunately QHotels cannot always guarantee to satisfy
your requests. For example, non-smoking or smoking rooms can be
requested but not always guaranteed.
Facilities for the Disabled
QHotels endeavor to offer the same high quality facilities to
our less able bodied guests. Special facilities include wheelchair
adapted bathrooms, ramps and lifts in all public areas. Please
check with your chosen hotel if you have any special requirements.
We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Guest rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. We ask
you to check out by 11am on the day of departure, although late
check-out is available on selected offers & promotions.
Reflections Health Clubs & Golf
Many hotels in the QHotels group offer leisure facilities which
guests may use free of charge. Additional services including beauty
treatments provided by the spa club will be charged as taken. To
avoid disappointment we recommend you pre-book your treatment with
the hotel well in advance of arrival. QHotels cannot guarantee the
availability of treatments if they have not been pre-booked in
advance. Currently six of our hotels host their own golf course on
site, which guests may use for a fee. Tee times must be pre-booked
directly with the hotel, ideally before arrival.
