QHotels are to launch Events by QHotels, a new initiative that has been created to help ease the stress of the conference & event organiser, and for early bookers there’s the added incentive of a stress buster of another kind – a fabulous shopping spree!
Events by QHotels will be launched at the National Venue Show at the NEC in Birmingham from 19 – 21 September 2006 where, for the first time as a Group, Leeds based QHotels will have a presence at the Show on Stand N29.
With the launch of Events by QHotels, organisers are guaranteed unrivalled service and facilities from any of the Hotels in the Group. This unique service offers a host of benefits to the organiser, starting with one main point of contact where bookers can talk to a highly qualified professional event manager who will search against 9 different venues or happily deal with more than one event enquiry at a time for more than one venue if needed. A prompt and professional response with competitive prices will be submitted within the customer’s deadlines, with a tailor made proposal to meet individual requirements or a proposal based on the QHotels’ unique Total Meeting Packages for 24 hour and day conferences.
Events by QHotels aims to meet the needs of bookers who are looking for a spectacular event, be it a large annual conference or a black tie dinner dance, the support and creativity bookers require to manage a memorable event is now available through one point of contact. Underpinning the launch of Events By QHotels is a commitment to the success of events hosted in their hotels, ‘Q’ are so confident of their service and the expertise that there is even the promise of a discount if it’s felt that they haven’t fulfilled their commitment to their clients.
To celebrate the launch of Events by QHotels, customers who book an event with QHotels by 20 February 2007, to take place anytime between 1 October 2006 and 31 December 2007, will be treated to shopping vouchers to spend at popular High Street stores. The vouchers will equate to 1% of the total booking value. In addition to this, there’s an extra special incentive for one lucky customer; one booker will win the ultimate shopping experience - a luxury 3-night trip to New York City with a friend, staying in the exclusive Mandarin Oriental Hotel overlooking Central Park. The winner will be announced at the QHotels Stand at Confex 2007.
