QHotels Join in for Sport Relief

Thursday 6th March 2008

Four star luxury hotel group QHotels have committed to a company wide fundraiser in a bid to raise money for the Sport Relief Challenge 2008.

Employees from all sectors of the group’s 21 hotels, have agreed to take part in the 24hr ‘treadmill-a-thon’ event, including the Finance Director, Sales Director and all members of the Head Office, each paying a donation to the cause to do so. In addition, guests staying at a QHotel property during that weekend are able to take part if they wish.

Liz Howe, Marketing Director commented: “We wanted to go the extra mile to do something that could be fun and involve everyone across the group, whilst really making a difference to a good cause.”

The QHotels Sport Relief Challenge will take place from 14th to 15th March, with plans to repeat similar events later on in the year. The group will provide those that take part with food and drink across the two day event and also a sauna relaxation session to wind down afterwards.
