QHotels Appoints New General Manager for The Queens, Leeds

Mark Platt has been appointed as new General Manager for the renowned, Queens Hotel in Leeds.
Starting in his position with immediate effect - one of Mark’s first high profile roles will be to oversee the relaunch party on the 12th November to celebrate the successful completion of the hotels multi-million pound refurbishment programme.
Mark has an extensive background in hotels within a variety of establishments in both the UK and abroad, most recently working as Operations Manager for Holiday Inn, Windsor.
Prior to taking over at The Queens, Mark designed and implemented a special project to ensure house keeping excellence across the QHotels portfolio.
Mark commented, “The Queens is renowned both locally and internationally and this is an exciting time to be taking over this great hotel. This is especially the case now the hotel has had the investment and attention it deserves to re-instate The Queens as one of the country’s leading hotels".
