Nottingham Belfry Wins Silver at National Awards
Tuesday 8th May 2007
QHotel’s is pleased to announce that, after just one year in business, the Nottingham Belfry has been awarded Silver in the Business Tourism Award category at the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence 2007.
The Nottingham Belfry was recognised and praised for features such as the planting of 27 woods as part of the Trafalgar Woods project and their commitment to staff training and development was a key quality recognised in their service requirement.
General Manager David Kanarens attended the awards ceremony along with Sales Manager Alyson Bentley, Reservations Manager Tamie Matthews and Concierge David Fletcher and all are delighted with the award.
General Manager David Kanarens says,
“This is such a great achievement for the hotel, to be recognised at a national awards just 14 months after opening is amazing. We will be back and going for gold in 2008!”
The Enjoy England Awards for Excellence are the highlight of the tourism industry awards; they celebrate the best of English tourism.
