Georgina Pinnington-Hughes - Conference Planner
Georgina joined the Conference Sales Team as Conference Planner in August. She will be working within a team of six. Georgina previously worked at the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton as a Conference Co-ordinator and prior to this worked at the Wessex Hotel in Winchester.
Connie Navarro – Revenue Co-ordinator
Connie is from Argentina and joined Norton Park in March 2006 as Head Receptionist and decided she wanted a new challenge and transferred over to Sales and Revenue as Revenue Co-ordinator at the end of June. Connie previously worked at the MacDonald Wessex Hotel in Winchester.
Kate Richards – Sales and Marketing Administrator
Kate joined Norton Park on the 4th September as Sales and Marketing Administrator working alongside Hayley Brown and Rachel Smith, Director of Sales in the Sales Office. Kate previously worked at the Newbury Manor Hotel in Conference and Reception and prior to this at the Cannons Leisure Club in Newbury working with the Marketing Department. This is a very exciting new role for Kate.
Janet Kirkum – Secretary to General Manger
Janet joined Norton Park in June as Secretary to General Manager, Andrew Mosley, and works alongside the Sales Team in a supporting role. Janet has a wealth of secretarial experience gained over a number of years in both the private and public sector.
Hayley Brown, Sales Manager (Covering Maternity)
Hayley has joined Norton Park as Sales Manager to cover Maternity leave joining us from the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel, Southampton where she was Conference Sales Manager for the last year. Prior to this Hayley worked in Jersey for Hand Picked Hotels. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local market.
