General Manager appoints six new members to senior management team
Andrew Mosley, General Manager at Norton Manor, part of the QHotels group has appointed a new senior management team to take the former management training centre to a new level. The new team members are Rachel Smith, Director of Sales; Sheena Antippa,
Revenue Manager; Matthew Bolland, Financial Controller; Kate Gilbert, Human Resources Manager, Colleen Dorricott, Executive Housekeeper; and Brian Parker, Front Office Manager.
The new management team, handpicked by Andrew Mosley has the task of spearheading and steering the hotel through a £7.5 million makeover, by the QHotels group, to modernise, restore and ultimately transform the hotel into the premier conference, business and leisure hotel in the region.
To fulfil the role of Director of Sales, Rachel Smith has been appointed, whose previous experience includes three and a half years at the De Vere Grand Harbour in Southampton.
Kate Gilbert, Human Resources Manager, previously worked with P&O Cruises.
Revenue Manager, Sheena Antippa previously held positions as Reservations Manager for the Hilton Hotels Group as well as Yield Manager for the Tylney Hall Hotel.
To complete the Team, Matthew Bolland, Financial Controller, joins from IHG, Colleen Dorricott joins the team as Executive Housekeeper having previously worked at the Metropolitan Hotel, London and Brian Parker, Front Office Manager, joins Norton Manor, having previously run his own Travel Agency for 10 years.
